To use BastionAI services, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to bind your organization to these terms. You represent and warrant that you have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your organization.
When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
BastionAI offers a pre-launch access program for early adopters. Participation in our waitlist program does not guarantee access to the service or any specific timeline for availability. BastionAI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the waitlist program and any associated features at any time without notice.

All content, software, technology, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with BastionAI are owned by BastionAI Inc. and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service solely for your authorized business purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary and sensitive information disclosed during the course of this agreement. Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information using the same degree of care used to protect its own confidential information, but not less than reasonable care.
BastionAI services are provided "as-is" and may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. While we strive to maintain high availability, BastionAI does not guarantee uninterrupted service or any specific level of uptime. We are not liable for any damages arising from service interruptions or downtime.
Pricing for BastionAI services is subject to change at any time. We will provide notice of any changes to pricing prior to their implementation. Your continued use of the service following such notice constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing terms.
The service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. BastionAI disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. BastionAI does not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
In no event shall BastionAI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service or these terms, even if BastionAI has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Your total liability to BastionAI shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BastionAI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with or without cause. Upon termination, your access to the service will be revoked. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including but not limited to Intellectual Property Rights, Limitation of Liability, Disclaimers, and Indemnification.
These terms and your use of BastionAI services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from these terms or the service shall first be resolved through good faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
BastionAI reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
